Pendulant, pointed, pepper-like fruit is slow to set on but yield very heavily. 5-6-inch, ruby-red, paste-type fruit is very meaty and have but few seeds. Incredible flavor. This variety was another pillar of the New Jersey tomato industry, and is an ancestor to “Jersey Giant.”
